Types of Premium in Life Insurance Policy

There are three types of premium in life insurance policy which are being discuss below:

1. Single Premium

A life insurance policy in which you are required to pay premium amount for one time during complete policy term. Example: A life insurance policy of 25 years term with 1 year premium payment term (PPT).

2. Limited Premium

A life insurance policy in which you are required to pay premium amount for limited years during complete policy term. Example: A life insurance policy of 25 years term with 16 years PPT.

3. Regular Premium

A life insurance policy in which you are required to pay premium amount regularly up-to complete policy term. Example: A life insurance  policy of 25 years term with 25 year PPT.
